This heavy duty frame drops into place at one end of the grill and overhangs a full size Vollrath type container to give add-on holding capacity.

Benefits include hygiene control of prepared food from kitchen to customer. Its use in combination with the Universal Griddle provides outdoor buffet service at minimal additional cost.
